When Eyes Meet
Chapter 1

It's a normal siku in the zoo and the penguins are inside their HQ. Skipper has called the team for role call and kwa the looks on Skipper's face he means business.

"Men, I have come up with a training course that tests your strength, speed, and your endurance."

"Aw, but Skippa I was going to watch the new episode of Spongebob right now."

"You can watch that cheese head later, but this important Private."

"Yes sir," Private was saying while looking down.

"Alright men outside, now!"

So the penguins all go outside, all but one. Private, right before we went outside he went to his bunk and pulled out a little picture from under his pillow. It was a picture of Marlene he would always look at it when he was about to go on a mission, au training for luck, he had a secret crush on her for months now, but no one knows about, not even Skipper because he'd worry about what he will say to him. Just then Kowalski entered the HQ, and saw Private holding the picture.

"Private what are wewe still doing here, and what's the picture you're holding?"

"Uh, uh I-it's nothing, nothing at all," trying to hide the picture.

But then Kowalski got a better look of the picture, and he saw Marlene was on the picture. Kowalski couldn't believe his eyes.

"Why do wewe have a picture of Marlene?"

"Uh, well wewe see, I-I have a… crush on Marlene."

"And how long have wewe had this crush?"

"For a few months now."

"Does anyone know about this?"

"Just wewe right now, wewe have to promise not to tell anyone, especially Skippa."

"Well… I guess, I promise to keep this between us."

"Thank wewe Kowalski, now let's go do our training."

Private then put his picture back under his mto and went outside with Kowalski. As they got outside Skipper was furious, waiting for Private.

"What took wewe so long Private?"

"Um, I was just getting ready."

"Well for your luck of hussy wewe will go first, now I want wewe to climb the juu of the mti that's in Marlene's habitat in one minute!"

"One minute?"

"Just do it solider!"

"Yes sir."

So the penguins made their way to Marlene's habitat, as they got there Private looked up at the tall tree. Right before Private was about to climb the mti Marlene came out.

"Hey guys, what are wewe doing here?"

"That's classified Marlene."

"We are doing an all siku training session Marlene," alisema Private with a little smile on his face.

"Private, must wewe always tell everyone what we are doing?"

"I'm sorry Skippa, but it's just the way I am."

"And for that wewe have to climb this mti twice!"

"But Skippa-

"No buts now do it!"

"Don't wewe think you're being a little too hard on him Skipper?"

"You can never be too hard too hard on a solider Marlene."

Private then begins to climb the tall mti as fast as he can, but as he's climbing he miss steps and Private falls out of the mti and then hit's the ground hard and lands on his flipper spraining it.

"Ow, my flipper," alisema Private while crying.

"Get up solider you're not done yet!"

"But Skipper I injured my flipper."

"I don't care your still not done, now get up!"

"Skipper how can wewe be this hard on someone like Private, he's injured and you're not even worried?"

"I am worried, worried that he won't get his training done."

"I can't believe wewe Skipper, come on Private. Come with me and I'll take care of you."

"Okay Marlene," Private was saying while still crying.

"Marlene, wewe have no right to take Private so wewe can take care of him."

"Um, Skipper, maybe we should let Marlene take care of Private, that way he can recover and take some time off."

"Are wewe sure about this Kowalski?"

"I am 100% sure about this sir."

"Fine, Private go with Marlene and recover, enjoy your little vacation."

"Thank wewe Skipper," alisema Marlene with a little smile.

Marlene helped Private to go inside her cave, Private was so happy that he got hurt actually; because now he's crush will be talking care of him.

"Yay! I get to spend time with Marlene, I'm going to in joy these inayofuata few days." Private alisema in his mind.

Marlene and Private then went inside the cave.
