This is not a random question. I ask it because there are some inconsistencies and I'm curious to see what your opinions are.

Real penguins have webbed feet, but if you take a look at the feet of any of the four penguins on the show, you'll see no webbing between their toes at all. Because of this, I've always just figured that the penguins on the show simply lacked the characteristic. However, Mort did make a comment that Skipper's feet were webbed while briefly cuddling them in "King Julien for a Day."

This makes us ask ourselves a question: Is seeing believing, or do we take Mort's word over the visual evidence? I'm still leaning toward the non-webbed side myself, but you be the judge.

Yes, they do. Otherwise they won't be able to swim that fast, take for instance in the episode "Popcorn Panic". Rico and Kowalski need webbed feet for them to swim at a speed like that.

I'm debating a bit on it in my head still, but, so far, my answer would be "no". Penguins do need them to swim, but it never appears that the penguins have webbed feet.

One would asume so, as all penguins do have webbed feet, but when looking at the penguins', you'd think not.

I still say that they don't today even though I've since written a cute line in one of my fanfics that mentioned webbed feet, as I couldn't pass it up. It's just too hard for me to ignore what the penguins' feet actually look like.
