Buzz would be jealous. I think he would probably be annoyed at Woody but try to be nice to him. He would probably be depressed a bit and try hard to hide his feelings for Jessie from everyone. I could see Jessie trying awkwardly to remain Marafiki with Buzz while Buzz is distant from her because he doesn't want her to see his feelings.
