Does a Playstation 2 memory card connect on PC???

(Sorry for my bad English).My PlayStation 2 is not working anymore so I downloaded PCSX2 to play PS2 games on PC.But I have a problem.Every game I download on my PC ,I have to play it from the begining because I don't use the memory card I used on PS2.Does it exist any machine au some kind of USB that connects my memory card to PC to copy my save files on PC and continue my games from where I stopped playing them???
