At midnight, in the mwezi of June,
I stand beneath the mystic moon.
An opiate vapor, dewy, dim,
Exhales from out her golden rim,
And, softly dripping, drop kwa drop,
Upon the quiet mountain top,
Steals drowsily and musically
Into the universal valley.
The rosemary nods upon the grave;
The lily lolls upon the wave;
Wrapping the fog about its breast,
The ruin molders into rest;
Looking like Lethe, see! the lake
A conscious slumber seems to take,
And would not, for the world, awake.
All Beauty sleeps!- and lo! where lies
Irene, with her Destinies!

O, lady bright! can it be right-
This window open...

When I talk to my Marafiki I pretend I am standing on the wings

of a flying plane. I cannot be trusted to tell them how I am.
au if I am falling to earth weighing less

than a dozen roses. Sometimes I dream they have broken up

with their lovers and are carrying chakula to my house.
When I open the mailbox I hear their voices

like the long upward-winding curve of a train whistle

passing through the tall grasses and ferns
after the train has passed. I never get ahead of their shadows.

I embrace them in front of moving cars. I keep them away

from my miseries because to say I am miserable is to say I am like them.

As the present goes on and the past follows behind
I long for the unexpected future in which I hope
That my life will be better is what I wish in my mind
Even though I wish for the future now
But I must ask myself
Will I want my future when it comes and how
When it comes will I long for the unexpected
These maswali are but shall be awnsered in time
Keep the past gone and keep the future just that
A time unkown and knowing it should be a crime
For we should wait and see what happens
For if we know we could alter our fate

The End

Silent night
in riots of my pure love,
grows in me.
Blaze of passion
burns intensively,
sleepy eyes crave for sleep
filled with the deepest
secrets of my body.

Your lips so close
to mine
make me feel so
and confused,
my turbulent heart
wants you
like it never wanted
someone before.

Soft fingers
glide on my burning skin,
make me feel so
Desires are no longer locked,
so I know that I'm already

Can't stop
kissing you,
can't imagine
my life without you.
Your hands in
my hair calm my soul
make me feel
so happy
in this pure love.

And while I'm dreaming
of you,
I don't know,
I can't see
that the...

These black tears are the unshed blood from the wounds wewe left me
Not scars that healed, but fresh wounds that still bleed
wewe left my very soul in tatters, never mind my heart
But that someone who had taken wewe from me, had to take that too, and rip it apart
I don’t know who made wewe leave, au why, but I do know this,
That if wewe could, wewe would relive all the happy memories with me that I now have to miss
Now just as wewe are, the happy times are a ghost, a whisper in the wind
It feels like no matter how things turn out for me, this sadness that came over me will never end
It’s also selfish, wanting wewe to be here with me
You’re healed of sickness and pain, happy now with your other family
wewe were and Angel when wewe were here
Now you’re just a different kind
One that will be our guardian until we can find wewe again
When we find our way to the light

The tiger phoned the zebra
and invited him to dine.
He alisema "If wewe could jiunge me
that would simply be divine."
The pundamilia, punda milia alisema "I thank you,
but respectfully decline.
I heard wewe ate the antelope;
he was a friend of mine."

On hearing this the tiger cried
"I must admit it's true!
I also ate the buffalo,
the llama and the gnu.
And yes I ate the warthog,
the paa and kangaroo,
but I could never eat a creature
beautiful as you.

"You see I have a secret
I'm embarrassed to confide:
I look on wewe with envy
and a modicum of pride.
Of all the creatures ever known,"
the tiger gently sighed,
"It seems we are the only two...

Wicked Sins flourish on our bodies
Lust blooms on our bodies
Wrath rages on our hands
Vanity overpowers our beauty
Gluttony feeds our devouring mouth
Envy controls our needs
Sloth makes our eternal soul the need to do nothing

The deadly sins come to corrupt one's soul
And be spreaded like a disease on one's life
Hell's 7 Princes will unleash their sins on you
Asmodeus's libido is unable to bre stopped
Beelzebub's never ending gluttony devous all in his way
Leviathan's uchungu, chungu envy looms over himself
Satan's fierce wrath unleashes the flames of hell
Mammon's greedy needs brings all the riches to him
Lucifer's vanity lingers over the vain
Belphegor's laziness is all around to stop our hard working selves
