Well In The Game It's a two way thing,if you choose Yuki/Brendan then Haruka/May ends up being Odamaki-Hakase's daughter,so it's generally reversed depending on who you choose,but also I'm pretty sure in the manga Sapphire (Haruka's Manga Counterpart) is Dr.Odamaki's/Birch's daughter..but in the anime there was nothing mentioned about him having a son,especially considering Yuki-kun's/Brendan's very short appearance in the movie..I mean it's possible..but I'm not exactly sure.
