But this time, it beeped faster than before. "What the? It's never done that before." It made me go into the woods, to the river near the volcano. My ukanda was beeping like crazy. I transformed, took off my shoes, and walked into the water. I went to the place that my ukanda stayed at a glow without stopping. I looked down when something caught my eye. I sat in the water and picked it up. It was a black stone. Then a it formed a mkufu chain around my neck. It startled me for a second, but not as much as it did when it got in my head.
'Hello, Kaoru. I'm your stone. wewe have my power inside wewe and at your will.'
'You made my ukanda beep?'
'Yes, Kaoru, I did. Now we are connected. I have the power of true light and darkness. Now it's yours. Whenever I start glowing, wewe have a new power. But this is all I can say for now.
