I think it is because Diana's father was his friend and before he died he ask him to look out for Diana as he knew he had the wealth to do so and he believes Diana was badly let down kwa the royal family and since her death they have tried to play down his sons relationshp with her and try and wipe her from our hearts NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. I admire him he Lost his son and nobody seemed to care but we should Dodi made Diana's last weeks happy ones.
