Do wewe guy's draw the pics of your characters?

sorry to ask two maswali in a row but...
so i was browsing through all the different foramu and... all the freaking pics were super incredible *-*... i can't even draw a freaking good stick figure let alone these images... if wewe guy's are drawing these then wewe guy's are bosses and... i feel so inadequate :(...
are wewe guy's drawing the pics that wewe post in your foramu character's bios?
