I'm thinking of a band, wewe tell me what it is:

-It's thought of as being from the 70s.
-The initials of their most well-known song is COWS.
-They are currently going on tour with 2 similar bands.
-One of the most famous lines is "I close my eyes, only for a moment, then the moment's gone."

I'll add a sekunde band, it might be a bit easier:

-They are from the 21st century.
-The muziki video for one of their most maarufu songs includes a guy saving a woman and her kid from being crushed kwa a truck.
