HELP ME HELP ME HELP ME!!! (I'LL GIVE heshima 4 GOOD ANSWERS!)

I really need to find a website that'll let me take a picture on the internet and add stuff/draw on it. My laptop won't let me save anything, so I need something that all I have to do is copy and paste the picture and then I can draw on it au whatever. When I finish drawing on the picture, I can't save it on my computer, but I still need to save it SOMEWHERE! Anyone who knows a website where i can do all this, PLEASE tell me! I'll give props, be your fan, jiunge your spot, anything!!!

wewe should have a program called Paint on your computer. If wewe go to the Start button, go to Programs, then go to Accessories, Paint should be there. Then wewe can click on the button with the dotted-line square that should be on the left side, and that will let wewe paste a picture there, then wewe can draw on it au whatever wewe like kwa using the other buttons.

it's very strange. it's "HP instant web" au somehting like that. but now i'm using the better one, the one that actually saves stuff, so thank goodness for that.
