There is a heaven and a hell. When wewe die, wewe go to either one. The good are rewarded for what they have done, and the bad are punished, but not for all eternity. Where would the point be in that if wewe didn't learn from your mistakes? Once God au Satan au Goddess au whatever higher being there is thinks you've learned your lesson or, if wewe went to heaven, thinks that you've had your fill, you're reborn. If wewe were evil in a awali life, then your social status goes down. If wewe were good, it either goes up au stays the same. Then the cycle repeats. And wewe aren't always reborn as a human; wewe can be reborn as any living thing with a pulse. There's also ways that wewe can remember parts of your past lives, mostly through dreams. kwa doing this, I've learned some interesting and scary things about myself. I've actually been a boy in several past lives before, which would probably explain why I think like a guy a lot.
