Well in my case the medal returned after about a week since I subscribed back to the spot without me doing nothing...:)

That's all wewe have to do. Add some good content [emphasis on the GOOD content. Nothing duplicated, spam, broken, etc.] and then with time, you'll get a medal for your hard work.
