Why do we kill people who kill people to onyesha that killing people is wrong?

hujambo there! This is just a swali I've always wanted an answer to. If wewe know, please answer-- if wewe don't, then answer anyways :D and if wewe think Im awesome for asking this question, props.

I agree, I dont believe in the Death penalty. Abortion is a bad thing but the death penalty is okay. AND sometimes they kill the wrong person. Highly unlikely, but what if the jury is wrong.

^ Actually, they've improved their techniques drastically. In the past, they have killed the wrong people, but due to DNA evidence and the technology we have now, it doesn't really happen. But I am still against it. :)

I used to think that no human deserves to die and that all wrong-dooers are worthy of redemption, but now, here's what i think: If wewe willingly take a life for no good reason, wewe automatically forfeit your life for others to take.

Because some " conservative" people and yes even some " liberal" people believe in the old saying " an eye for an eye." I DO NOT SUPPORT the death penalty. I on the opposite hand am pro-choice. But, but...I alisema I am pro-choice. Which means I am for a woman having control over her own body and not the government having control over it. There are many situations where an abortion is necessary. Rape, the unborn baby has a problem and wewe know it will kill both wewe and the baby, it has a terminal illness even before its born etc.

With the Death Penalty I see it as an easy way out for the suspected killer. I say suspected because are we ever truly 100% sure they did it. Yes technology is getting zaidi advanced. And evidence can build up. But these murderers are so twisted and sick some of them want to die-Why give it to them? they should rot in a jail cell for life, au till someone kills them in jail. Death is a peaceful way out. To easy.

What does the death penalty have to do with abortion? I mean, I agree with all that wewe alisema on the death penalty, but I don't see the abortion connection... :S
