What does it mean? Please answer im desperate (yes i know u dont really admit that.But thats how desperate I am)

my nanny passed last April, and i recently had a dream where My family and I were in our house and my brother told us not to open the door as someone was going around with a gun knocking on peoples doors and shooting them when they answer. So I ran in to my room to hid under my kitanda i have a full length mirror in my room and its beside my kitanda so as i ran in i could see myself but it wasnt me it was my Nanny I looked everywhere but I cant find a reason anywhere and its bugging me.
