Is there other websites to make moving pics?

Gifsoup.com has bad vids...are there other sites?

I went to this website, but Im not sure how to save them as picture... I can be dumb xD lol may wewe please tell me? :p How come everyone are so into these picha now? I use to save them onto my computer like a mwaka zamani xD and when I triedto add them onto fanpop like half a mwaka zamani it they didnt work, but now I see like almost everyone with pictures that can movie :p

Its not there only place, I've seen them other places, like picha Bucket
