This is scientifically an unanswerable question.
The chicken didn't "come". It evolved.
And chickens- birds evolved from reptiles.
Both birds and reptiles develop in eggs.
But to develop a bird/reptile from an egg, a female bird/reptile must lay the fertilized egg.
So, what came first? Dunno.
