When my grandfather died I was most touched kwa those individuals who told me they were sorry for my loss and then told me a little story about how my grandfather had touched their lives au told me about why they thought he was such a goodman.I don't know if there is any zaidi comforting than to hear these anocdotal comments. They are so positive and fulfilling to hear. They also are thought that wewe can "take away" with wewe after the conversation is over.Even today, and it has been along time, those conversations I remember and that were most meaningful to me at this time of great loss. If wewe are unable to talk with the grieving person, sending your thoughts in a note would be just as appreciated.

Sorry for your loss....

But be strong! It will hurt, i've Lost many loved ones. But stay in there, wewe cant let the sadness overcome you. wewe got to stay strong and try not to let that wave of sadness tear apart your life. I remember waking up and they were not there, it hurts alot. But, i remembered that the others i upendo are not gone let. Live every lasting moment to the fullest, wewe never know when wewe could die yourself.
