pleasee i need serious advice!

i really want to go on a diet to lose weight...not a major one i know i dont need that i just want to lose 10 pounds . I'm 115 i want to go down to 105. but i know i can't do it alone. i want my mom to help me but i'm embarrased to talk to her about it, and i don't know what to do. any advice?

Dieting right now isn't even necessary. 115 is pretty normal for most girls your age. I know a few girls who are in the low 100s au high 90s and they're really skinny. Besides, at this age, it eventually goes away most of the time.

But if wewe want to diet anyway, wewe should probably just talk to your mom. And dieting isn't the only thing, wewe also need to exercise blah blah blah.

uhm, theres nothing i can tel wewe exept eat less and exersise, wewe should also eat healthy which is eat a balanced diet and not to much of one thing. thats all i can say and good luck ^ ^

If wewe want to be healthier, try doing yoga and eating a big breakfast with things like yogurt and granola. Also, eating solid chakula is better, (example: a carrot vs. a banana), because solid chakula will keep wewe full for a longer period of time.
