Why does everybody think they're weird and random?

I'm talking about the people who are all like "I'm so weird and random! I like pie!"

Trust me, I've gone through this faze before, so it's nothing new to me. XP But why do tons of people do this?

It's done kwa me because I want a laugh. In my life if I don't use laughter as a reason to avoid crying. Some of us are deep and find joy in hearing others laugh. I took no offense at all.
