here's the recipe of the cupcake

What we need:
cupcake (chocolate)
icing (white) au (blue)
Mentos
shredded coconut
blue chakula coloring
Fondant (black)
chocochip kuki, vidakuzi :D
how to make:
First wewe need wewe chakula coloring and and your shredded coconut. wewe are going to but the shredded coconut in a bowl.Then wewe get chakula coloring and wewe put 5-10 drops of blue in your bowl.Now mix with wewe hands! Put icing on your chokoleti cupcake. Dip it into the bowl. Now wewe have the skin color! Get your mentos and and put it on the cookie. wewe want the mentos to be the the eyes. Now wewe get your fondant and roll tiny balls and put it on wewe eyes . GOGGLY EYES! Break a cookie in half and shove it in the cupcake AT THE BOTTOM. Now wewe have a cookie monster cupcake!
