It's good. The shading is excellent, and wewe made the right choice adding some strands of hair sticking out at the side of the person's head. It makes it look slightly zaidi realistic. But I have a few suggestions. Do the same with the fringe-add some loose strands. And wewe should consider adding fine lines along the person's hair for detail. Oh yeah, and if wewe are going for an anime-style character, please make the neck thinner. That's all. Good luck. ^^
