How do wewe make icons?

I guess I'm zaidi asking where. I used to make them on Picnick but, now that that's closed I don't know where to make them.

1. Go to Paint. (only if u have PC/Windows.)
2. Draw your ikoni with the tools and mouse.
3. Go to File.
4. Go to Save As.
5. Name it.
6. Don't forget to put .ico at the end of the name!
Example: goOo.ico
7. Press the Enter key au click Save when wewe are done typing the name and wewe are satisfied.
Note: If wewe don't know how to make the page paper smaller, click the dots and drag.
Note to prev note: Keep the panya, kipanya button pushed down when dragging the page smaller!
