Do wewe think that krisimasi has become to commercial?

well, first of all, chocolates and flowers are a way of inaonyesha someone wewe care, i think they're pretty cool, and i like getting chocolates and flowers. I don't see anything wrong with people buying zaidi stuff, wewe can be thankful and buy stuff *shrug* im jus' sayin XD
and to answer your question, i think krisimasi is just commercial enough, it's pretty cool, and besides, what's wrong with being commercial anyways? :P
i think people should focus on real problems and not "if holidays are too commercial"

Christmas, no. I think all the stuff and and sales just help get people into the holiday spirit! wewe know, give the gift of giving and all. The moyo of krisimasi is still about religion and/or family (depending on your views), and spending time with the people that wewe love.

I think because holidays like Valentine's Day, Thanksgiving, Mother's Day, Father's siku etc. aren't religious they are zaidi commercial because companies can take advantage of them more.

I have to agree with you. Presents are great and all, but if wewe think about it, zaidi often than not, the feeling just isn't there.
And then wewe have all those non christians celebrating christmas, a siku in which the name litterally means 'a celebration of Jesus Crhist.' I'm not saying they shouldn't get presents, presents for all I say, but krisimasi has sort of changed into a secular holiday.
Oh well, I'll celebrate the life of christ on my own terms, that's zaidi my style anyway.

Christmas, yes. I hate how it's all about how many presents wewe get, and how much money was spent. I hate that decorations are put in shops three months before December. It's meant to be a family holiday. It's meant to be about spending time with the people wewe love.
