and if he gets mad about it then he isn't being a very good friend, but i don't think wewe should encourage him to mgawanyiko, baidisha up with her *unless he is being hurt* because that would most likely end up in a fight

Seriously though, if you're happy for him, that's what matters most. Your relationship with her is a distant second. wewe don't have to be Marafiki with her. It's your friend's happiness that's most important.
