Stalker with a crush. Please help?

A friend of mine, whose name i will not disclose, has fallen prey to harrassment on fanpop. This user, whose link is provided here: link , has been managed to cause her so much stress that she's had to leave the chat completely. I told her to block him, but she fears its not enough.

It started out as simple crush, I never liked the guy but it was for my own personal reasons rather than anything serious. But as things went, he persisted on constantly trying to contact her in any means possible. My friend would roleplay and he would lose his temper at ever male "character" she was around. I don't know the specifics of what was going on, but she started to get scared and very high strung. It was effecting her adversely.

He would hang on her every word and whim, and constantly attempt on harassing any male Marafiki away from her. He would ask her personal maswali about her phone number, and if they could meet, and they only had known each other a short amount of time. He would throw fits and curse at her if she didn't do would he wanted and immediately follow up kwa begging for her forgiveness.

He would complain at her continously for being on the phone with me, and not calling him.

I understand that things can get crazy on the internet, but for him to be so bad that she had to actually leave... Something does not seem right.

Please if wewe could please help us out.
