What paper is good for uandishi letters?

So i want to write fanmail to someone, and i want it to look really nice. I want it to have nice paper, maybe something with a border design? I dont know. Im planning on uandishi it to two au three of my favourite actors who have changed my life for the better. So basically what i need to know is;

What papers are really nice that i can order online? (links please)

What should i use to write it? (Pen, pencil? viungo to any suggestions? )

Also can wewe make sure its not over $25 cause thats all the money i have for this.
