Your sister is not old enough to have a good phone like that and she probably doesn't know how to work au use it.
When I was ten I was on the computer au playing video game's, not worrying about getting a phone and your sister doesn't need one any way, I'd call her a spoiled brat because that's all it is about for kid's nowadays is getting the new electronics we have.
She can wait another few year's to get one and she probably isn't responsible enough.
