Can wewe please help me?

My 3DS is fully charged. The blue light goes on, but after 4 sekunde it turns off without any sound au light coming on. All I hear is a muffled sound when it turns off. Before sending it to be repaired, I want to know if any of wewe know any solutions. Thanks.
