Hopefully, the stuff they do there is beneficial to the people (both Americans and the rest of the world) and the government (though people should take priority) and therefore should be kept a secret.

However, I do believe that the work that goes on there should be monitored kwa an independent committee of people who don't let politics au greed get in the way of ensuring whatever happens there is acceptable to the standards of everyday people, so that the work there is controlled.
