Ummm. do u know any exercises?

My sister's wedding is approaching in three months and I think I am getting fat...I want to look as fit as ever at her wedding, so can anyone recommend me any easy but effective exercise which I can do regularly?

pasta, tambi and white mkate are awful, they will definitely put on the pounds. Don't do it.

Okay then, maybe consider eating some of the chakula wewe eat in fasting in your day-to-day life - all the high energy stuff wewe need to get through the day. Would that help, do wewe think? Eat high energy stuff in small portions, maybe?1
