How about defining the definition of normal? Controlling your 'intellectual aspect of personality' seems far too complicated for such a simple thing, besides, what exactly does that entail? Controlling your intellectual aspect of individuality would be a much better thing, I think.
The term 'normal' is in fact not technically real. I suppose that the general mass of people in the world consider 'normal' to be the standard kwa which one follows all the specific trends that happen to be going around at a certain time. The 'normal' person is completely average, but not disliked kwa anyone. The reason that 'normal' is really not real is because the 'normal' standard is different for every person. So, it depends on who wewe ask. The answer will vary every time.
