The ending of Halloween 4 when Jamie stood at the juu of the stairs wearing a clown mask and holding a pair of bloody scissors... that was the worst. The opening scene in Scream with Casey's phone calls and death is a close sekunde when it comes to which scenes f***ed me up as a kid, as well.
In hindsight, I probably shouldn't have watched horror sinema as a young kid. 😂😭
That Amityville bathroom scene. Because of it I didn't use the bathroom at night for like three years. I thought that lil me was being a wuss so I watched it again last year. Guess who isn't gonna go to the bathroom at night for another two years?
From the movie IT, the original; the scene where Pennywise snatches Georgie in the drain thing, I can't remember what wewe call it. But that scene had me scarred as a child. I saw it when I was like 7. I don't think the movie is scary now that I am older but at that time, it scared me.

Sirius's death in Order of the Phoenix. I remember being very little and seeing this scene on TV while I was flipping through the channels, and it's the first heart-wrenching death scene I remember ever seeing.
That one scene at the end of The Nightmare Before Christmas where the thing that looks like a bag was defeated. The entire thing was just unnerving especially since I watched it as an itty bitty kid :v
Teri Hatcher loses her hair in "Spy Kids". I always thought that if Teri actually had to lose her hair for the part of Ms. Gradenko, would feel sorry for her.
