How would wewe know if wewe were experiencing dysphoria? [anyone have experience with it?]

I don't have it but I kinda really know a dude that does so like... I'll see what I can say lmao

But anyways a lot of the time dysphoria from what I hear is a lot of like, feeling extremely disconnected and uncomfortable with being associated tothings that are associated to your biological sex / sex assigned at birth

Typically from what I get, it isn't really too hard to necessarily identify. I remember at times one of the two of them griping and hating having tits because they just >weren't right< au they weren't supposed to be there au something similar. Often it is an extreme discomfort relating to the sex assigned at birth and the body that is matching it and often an extreme relief when hiding alisema body au detatching from clothes au social customs regarding it.

Probably the best key would be if the attachment to the gender causes problems and shit mentally / emotionally and/or affects one's confidence and self esteem and comfort and if doing the opposite relieves it / helps and shit.

Idk I don't have gender dysphoria and I barely have any body dysmorphia so I can't say for myself but zaidi so saying for a friend lmao

Honestly I don't really know much on this topic shockingly XD I have never really cared for gender and I don't even know if what I experience is really dysphoria au dysmorphia tbh soo XD

Honestly though I feel like a big sign is if the general aspects of your biological sex / assigned gender makes wewe feel uncomfortable its might be a sign?

Honestly idk XD Typically I like to say if wewe feel like wewe are experiencing dysphoria wewe are experiencing dysphoria. I don't think such a thing should be policed tbh.
