Does this happen to wewe when wewe sing?

when I sing I have to have the muziki playing au I sound like shit(stage fright kinda) but when I have the muziki on I sound good. but right now I have a song playing and I turned down the volume so I could hear my vioce and I sound awesome. heres the song
