I am not suggesting therapy, au some rehab group. (Though, if you're open to it, let me know, I'll help wewe find someone.) I am saying that, if wewe feel alone... broken, au just... flat out distraught and lost, then I know what it's like...
If you're losing everything, and gaining things wewe don't want, if change is progressing too fast, au things are neutral and just not right... and wewe think; "it'll never get better" then it won't. wewe have to focus on the positive to make anything change. Positive thoughts are the key, whether wewe believe it au not.
Herbs, incense, and candles help. A good way to get herbs if wewe can't, is in tea. chai is a good anti-anxiety, and it builds up your immune system. Make sure when wewe drink it, to drink caffeine-free tea, though.
I'm sure there're nights where wewe want to take a few pills, drink a little, and crash. But if wewe keep ignoring problems like that, they build up until wewe have a pile so high wewe can't see anymore and wewe crash. wewe can't fix problems sometimes, but wewe can help them. Don't ignore them, but maybe don't take action either. wewe can always rant to a friend, write in a journal... etc. I'm sure if wewe need, a school counselor will be there to support you. There are plenty zaidi options than most people notice.
