I am anti emo,because I don't the idea of them

mutilating themselves for no reason.I mean

sure,you have bullies at school and your mom

hates you,but I have those same problems.But I

don't cut,or dink,or do drugs.Emo Kids are just

pissing their life away cutting and killing

themselves over their little problems.You live in

a small town,nobody feels sorry for you.get a

haircut.There's no point to get

yourself.Everybody has problems.Deal with

them,but don't cut.Write au draw.Listen to music.

Do something else besides cut.And the posers are

even worst so I dislike them even more.They think

it will make them hardcore au cool if they cut

themselves,but it doesn't.You are hardcore if wewe

set a church on fire,or burn a cross. And if wewe

are the kid,like me,who's obsessed with

creepy,strange,and dark things,be a goth kid au a

stranger.Don't be emo cuz wewe think it'll make

wewe dark.Emo is just a pussy version of goth.And

goth is just a pussy version of Stranger.I am a

proud Stranger.

southern-belle pluss people can get addicted to cutting simply because of the effect it has on the body. when you get injured endorphens and adrenilen get released, causeing you to feel less depressed and in some cases healthier.

southern-belle @ellen/ you make it sound so simple but it's really not, when you get in a low place sometimes it's nearly impossible to get out of it, it's like your mind is working against itself.

teamsalvatore98 @Ellen, most of us have lost that =/. But seriously, why does everyone treat us like that? We started out like all of you. Watching Elmo and Dora on the TV as toddlers, went through puberty, something went wrong in those years. Most emos are bitches-- even the guys. But get this, Behind every bitch is a person who them that way.

teamsalvatore98 @ellen- thats why im scared of clowns. i watched IT when i was younger and now im scared of clowns. And just because I'm emo doesn't mean I have to like that stuff. Blood and gore is my limit. Murdering is way over the edge for me. And buffy is just some freaky-assed bitch who kills vampires.

teamsalvatore98 @Ellen- I never said I could handle blood and gore. I said I watched It when i was younger and not an emo, and that I'm terrified shitless of horror movies. Not all of us emos are like that, so you can just shut the fuck up because I never said anything about being able to handle it. Blood and gore, I have a small problem with, depending on how strong it is. I've seen only two horror movies in my entire life and I hated both.

teamsalvatore98 ok now im pissed off. I read this article even though I siad I wouldnt. EMos and Goths are two very different things, and emos are not pussy versiosn of goths. Goth people are too scared to take out their emotions on things. Emos actually have the strength to do something about their feelings. I take therapy for mine. And like southern-belle said a while ago, endorphens and adreniline can make you feel less depressed when they come out of your body. (that sounded wrong)

PaisleyPark I know people who cut that aren't emo. You would never guess they cut them selves.. and.. "mutilating themselves for no reason" Yes, they do have a reason. I have learned from the people I have talked to, that it's the only way they can cope with the pain they are going through in that moment. I'm not saying cutting is a good thing, they need to get help. But there is a reason behind it.

LinaHarrow I honestly don't know the difference between "emo", "goth", "severe mental and emotional issues", and "depressed". As far as posers go, all I can say is that being emo isn't cool. It just makes the happy people sad and slightly wierded out when we look at your icon. :/

isabellabiebs i agree with teamsalvatore98 u r making them sound like aliens or something and i personally dont think there is anything wrong with being emo(not that i am one)emos r still just normal people having trouble dealing with their sad lives:)
