Sex bring enjoyment because of the endorphins and other chemicals released in your brain during it. Those chemicals are an adaptation. Because of them, you think sex is good, and so you have more desire to have sex, which means more desire to reproduce.

Also, the chemicals released during orgasm are blissful. So, if you feel that high, then you have more desire to stay with the person you're fucking, which means your children have a better chance for survival.

It all comes down to reproduction and survival of the fittest.

And I repeat, they're adaptations. The chemicals and the desire stem from the need to reproduce to continue the species.
