	KataraLover picked Yes: I think that with enough practice and proper technique that anyone can sing, though obviously some better than others. Two examples of this I've noticed nowadays are Bella Thorne and Selena Gomez. I like both of them, but they were horrible singers. However, they've both really improved their voices, especially Selena. For the no option, I was going to use a picture of Selena, but I thought I should be fair and listen to her first and she really surprised me with how much she's improved. Neither Bella or Selena are amazing singers by any means, but they have improved their singing voices. Hell, Miley Cyrus and Taylor Swift used to not sing good live when they were first starting out, but now they're great! link link posted zaidi ya mwaka mmoja uliopita.
