Your name was just reaped for the Hunger Games. Or you volunteered to take someone else's place. Either way your going into the arena. Your loved ones just said good bye and your now on the train to go to the Capitol. This may or may not have been the worst few hours of your life.

The Hunger Games is where the 24 tributes get set up against each other in the arena. The last one surviving wins. Winning's not so easy.

District 1- Luxury Items for the Capitol (Wealthiest)
District 2- Peacekeepers, Stone Mining and making weapons
District 3- Electronics and firearms
District 4- Fish and other Seafood
District 5- DNA Manipulations and Muttations
District 6- Medical Research and Morphling
District 7- Lumber
District 8- Textiles
District 9- Hunting
District 10- Livestock
District 11- Agriculture
District 12- Coal Mining

The arena is sorta like a seasons thing. In the morning its a jungle (spring). The afternoon is a desert (summer). In the evening its a "seemingly" quiet pine forest (fall). In the night its a full out blizzard (Winter).

I squirmed in place at the thought of being sent to be dressed like a baby doll I use to torture by burning the eyes out and chopping the arms off with my dagger when i was younger...

I listen to their conversation while I silently follow close behind... Hoping they wouldn't try and start anything with me. I look at the floor watching my feet as they move with such grace, they make me wonder how I do it. Run through a pile of leaves without making a sound.... Jump from rock to rock without anyone noticing.... Me following right behind the other two girls from district 4, 11, and 1 without them even taking one spare look at me. Im not very good to look at anyways....My charcoal jeans, plain green shirt, and black belt where i keep my dagger.... I reach for my dagger, but find nothing there, Im suddenly feeling vunerable wuthout my one defense except my bow and arrows... that i also do not have with me... I feel as if hey just stripped me naked without any kind of protection from a bitter cold storm.
I keep walking until everyone comes to a hault and i bump into the girl from district one and notice that we are inside... And must've been in for awhile... Sometimes my mind travels and I don't take in my surroundings...

"Sorry.." I say to the girl i bumped into.

I scowled. "I'm a damn mermaid." I looked down at my dress. It was emerald green color with seashells around the top. My snow blonde hair was curly with a white lily flower in it.

I sat in the chariot, my lumber brown rufled dress puffing up and down everytime I took a step forward. The light caramel brown heels clicking on the ground as I take each step on the hard ground. My hair in two long braid going down my sides...... I can belive I'm wearing this....

"At least mine's simple." Sighing, I pulled the shoulder of the dress where it was supposed to be. "Cinna knows I hate stuff that's too flashy." I really didn't belong in District One.
