I am not really sure. There's plenty of reasons why she may au she may not, mostly why not. Being half-vampire and having almost every ability a full vampire has, she may be too strong and perfect to become ill. au she may have an extremely strong immune system and can beat a bad germ before it can even effect her. On the other hand, Renesmee's body is partly human with her blood and beating heart, so maybe she can catch the flu au a stomach virus au something like that. Diseases like cancer au leukemia, I highly doubt she can get. Well, that's the best answer I personally can give wewe on that one. Hmmmm....
I am a big reader of books, including the Twilight series. Sapherequeen's theory on why Renesmee cannot get sick is quite flawed. If wewe read Breaking Dawn during Bella's training, Bella gave Renesmee a rock to try to smash it. Renesmee had no luck with this. Right now is not at the climax of her abilities since she is young. Meaning in theory Renesmee is zaidi closer to her mortal side at her young age than her invincable immortal side. So since she is at the moment weaker than the average vampire there is a larger posibility that she can get sick au a disease DURING her growing process. But Renesmee was able to bend all of the silverware she was playing with and even made a dent in the floor kwa flinging on down to the floor. So maybe she does have some advanced strength there.
she probably cant because obviously she is half vampire. she is zaidi vampire than human. she has a little zaidi strength than humans, hard pale white skin, and drinks blood. theres a possibility that she can during her stages of being younger. :/ its hard to say.
