Why people always talking about AGE? Age doesn't matter for love. Amu and Ikuto just have 5 years gap of their age, and that's NORMAL. Don't ever dare to call Ikuto a pedophile >:(
Amu should stay with the one she LOVES, which is Ikuto, not Tadase.
And I think it's never called "crush between Tadase and Amu." Amu likes Tadase because of his outer character, not for the real him in the beginning. But Tadase not yet likes Amu. He likes Amulet Heart, NOT Amu Hinamori. In the middle of that, Ikuto appear, and SINCE beginning he already looks Amu as herself. As Amu Hinamori herself. And Amu always get embarrassed when Ikuto around, but she always be herself around him. Which means she feel zaidi comfortable around Ikuto. Not like when Tadase around. She become all like, "Ahh, Tadase-kun!!", which I think not like her true personality.
And, when Tadase FINALLY realize his true feeling that he likes Amu Hinamori, it's all too late. Amu already have feelings for Ikuto. She just don't want to admit it. But, as the story going further, Amu, in her heart, already admit that she likes Ikuto. Like the scene below. After that, in her heart, Amu said, "Even if a lot of things change, his hand will surely always be this warm. If...if I could be kwa Ikuto's side..." That's Amu's real feeling in disguise.
In the end as well, Ikuto is the one whose hand hold with Amu's. And Ikuto is the one who embrace Amu, not Tadase. I think that's already clear, that the canon couple here is Amuto ♥
