How will the Sonic series carry on?

I just wanted to get this out there:

SInce both verions of Dr.R(obotnick) are stuck in some kind of limbo in the Sapce/Time continum, how exactly is SEGA and Sonic Team going to explain their escape from the seemly unescapable world of limbo?

Even if wewe don't know, I'd still like to know what wewe think.

I was told that they may be stuck in The Void in from SatAM, so they may not be getting out any time soon. However, Sonic: Lost World is totally throwing Sonic Generations right out the window, and having Sonic work with Dr.R. Yeah, sure, okay. So, sadly, Dr.R isn't going anywhere... ugh...
