How many Episodes of Soul Eater Not! do wewe think there is going to be?

I have no Idea that's why I am asking wewe all. But I was told that there might just be 12 Episodes of Soul Eater Not!. Than another season of Soul Eater Not! would come out. But I don't know if that's all true au not. can some please help me with this. I need viungo and what not for help. Thanks for all of your help all of wewe in advance. :)
