for anyone who has been playing the offline play on soul calibur 5, can wewe help me figure this out?

i've been playing the offline play on my soul calibur 5 on my ps3 and i noticed that lately no matter what viatu i have my customized character wear, they always make the same barefoot noise even when they're wearing shoes. it didnt used to do this but suddenly it just started happening for some reason and i dont know how to fix it. for anyone who has expeirenced the same problem, can wewe help me figure out how to fix it? i tried restarting the game and i tried turning the game off for a while but neither worked. i dont know what else to do
