At the end of Yellow Fever Sams eyes flicker to yellow when they are against the car.

Does this mean Sam is gunna evil?

mm no one really knows for sure. although most people think it was just in Dean's imagination. [since Sam turning darkside is Dean's greatest fear]

I think it was Deans imagination but i'm not against Sam turning evil for a bit. I love evil Sam.
