ugh, Genevieve Cortese is such an atrocious actress. And also, the fact that Ruby is a total b*tch is ever present in the opinion forming process. She got so much more...horrible...when Katie wasn't there to inject her spunk and liveliness into the character.

I won't stop saying that Genevieve was BETTER for this LESS BITCHIER Ruby! Can you imagine Katie's daredevil, bitch and aggressive character gaining someone's trust????? It would be terribly unbelieveble if Katie's Ruby made Sam "fall inlove" with her. Why is this so hard to understand?????

Agree with Kristine bout it been asked all the time :( I dont agree with Natalie88 on this one, Katie is a way better actress than Genevieve and she played Ruby a hell of lot better than Genevieve ever could (This is just my personal opinion).

I liked both of them, and I do agree with Natalie. Katie's Ruby was far different than the Ruby written for season 4. As Natalie points out, her aggressive, dynamic character would not have fit, and people would have liked her too much to constantly guess about her intentions. Genevieve's Ruby, IMO, was a better choice for season 4. :)

No doubt..! But Katie's Ruby would never fit season 4 Ruby. So Gen was a good season 4 Ruby than Katie would have been because the characters are so different. But after all i didn't like season 4 ruby at all.

yeah that blonde ruby is better..omg now i want to sing ''kaiser chiefs-ruby'' lol
