Anna being a fallen angel didn't shock me so much because I knew there was something that she was hiding and she knew a hell of a lot about the Apocalypse and everything. Sam drinking demon blood really should have shocked me more than it did, but it didn't. And the fact that the angels wanted the Apocalypse to happen wasn't really that surprising after seeing everything that they had done. What did shock me was finding out it was an angel that pulled Dean out of Hell, because I didn't think they were real in SPN-verse. Lilith being the final seal was a huge OMG moment for me.
