He is annoying and boring as hell, give him an "interesting" plot or just kill him off. He's basically just a pretty prop for Blair and Serena.

Well I know for me I wouldn't pick Brook or Blair because I love to watch their shows. And I picked Damon most of all because I there's bad guys and some really good ones but to me he's the worsted bad guy!!! I'm not only talking about the show but the acting himself. I did like him in "Lost" so it's really not the actor himself so it must be the writing of the show!!
