Who should play the inayofuata Joker?

I heard that there is a new Batman movie series, who should be casted as the inayofuata Joker?

P.S. Nolan is not the director. :/

To me its hard to find a better actor than heath to play the joker, but if we had to choose, I say Johnny Depp...he's my fave actor btw.. and yet, i don't think Depp can be better than heath. Because heath made the best joker kwa far and it is impossible for any actor to juu that.
But lets not to forget that Mr. Depp is known kwa playing these kind of characters like the joker, so i guess he is the best choice.
